UMASHI comes from my time living in Japan, where convenience is valued at a genuinely high level. I loved how accessible everything was—the variety of foods, the quality, and the way machines were placed exactly where people needed them. That experience made me want to help bring a more thoughtful approach to convenience home to Honolulu.
