Stable Placement
A flat, level surface.

To run safely and reliably, each machine needs a few basics:

UMASHI comes from my time living in Japan, where convenience is valued at a genuinely high level. I loved how accessible everything was—the variety of foods, the quality, and the way machines were placed exactly where people needed them. That experience made me want to help bring a more thoughtful approach to convenience home to Honolulu.

Know a property that could benefit from a smart market? Introduce me to the owner or manager and you could earn $300 or more when that location signs an agreement. It is a simple way to turn a connection you already have into extra income—without managing the sale, handling follow-up, or doing any ongoing work.

How It Works

  1. Spot the opportunity.
    Think of places where people already gather—apartment communities, offices, gyms, schools, hotels, or other high-traffic properties.

  2. Make a warm introduction.
    Connect me directly with the property owner or manager, or help set up a quick conversation. You do not need to pitch, negotiate, or close anything.

  3. Get paid when they sign.
    If the location signs a placement agreement, you earn your commission. The bigger the opportunity, the greater the potential payout.

Simple Requirement

To qualify, your introduction must result in a signed placement agreement. A meeting by itself does not qualify, but once the location signs, your referral commission is earned.
